1. Large capacity
GR-25M can measure the flow rate up to 3,800L/h for Natural gas, 2,500L/h for
LPG and 3,000L/h for Air respectively.
2. Higher sustained accuracy
Flatly stabilized accuracy is attained due to the adoption of round shaped diaphragm.
GR-25M can measure accurately and dependably at all flow rates, from Qmin through Qmax.
3. Longer service life
Firstly, high standard of abrasion resistance is provided to the valve seat and
crank structure by adoption of synthetic resin as its wrinkled, decreases degradation of its material.
Thirdly, increased thickness of die cast aluminum alloy provides high standard of corrosion resistance.
Owing to these features, it has become possible to provide longer service life.
4. Highly sensitive single rotary system
Featuring Ricoh's single rotary system, GR-25m assures high-sensitivity, starts
to measure at 0.5L/h(LPG). If the meter fails to function for the pilot flame, the following consumption
cannot be measured: 15L/h (pilot flame consumption) x 10 hours x 30 days = 4,500L/month = 10kg/month.
5.Large revolving power
(cyclic volume: 0.7L per revolution)
This value indicated the meter's driving power. The maximum revolving power in
its class demonstrates excellent power in draining and against freezing.
6. High-grade baked coating
High-grade melamine-resin baked coating is applied to each part at high temperature.
